In comparison with traditional lighting fixtures, solar powered LED light systems offer numerous advantages, including easy installation and do not require any additional wiring. They are powered by built-in solar panels which absorb sunlight and charge a battery to provide illumination at night.
We manufacture our solar powered LED systems from die-cast aluminum and we concentrate on garden lighting, but solar powered led systems can be used in various places including community areas, schools, parks, courtyards, gardens, and so on for solar wall lighting, solar security lighting, decorative solar lighting, path lighting, fence lighting, decking lighting, etc.

A solar power supply unit (solar panel), energy storage component (rechargeable battery), light source, control circuit and structural parts (such as shell, light pole).
Solar Power Supply Unit
Each solar power supply unit consists of single or multiple solar panels made from a high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon or polycrystalline material. They are produced using tempered glass to ensure that they can withstand demanding weather conditions and provide a long service life.
Energy Storage Component
The energy storage component of our solar lights is a simple rechargeable battery. We choose Ni-Mh and Li-Fe batteries due to their long service life and higher safety rating.
Light Source
We use LED light sources in our solar powered fixtures that come in various LED package forms. We use SMD LED and tungsten LEDs.
Structural Parts
We use die-cast aluminum alloy parts in our solar powered LED light systems. Aluminum alloy parts feature a nice texture and excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminum alloy can be conveniently formed into various shapes using a die casting process.
For manufacturing some of our small LED lights, steel or plastic materials can also be used according to your requirements.
Control Circuit
A control circuit is used to connect each part of the solar powered LED system. This protects them from shocks and extends the life of the entire product. The control circuit also optimizes various parameters that ensure the LED system is working optimally.
Our design team selects the best fit components and processing methods for your solar powered LED systems according to your submitted requirements, location, and budget.
For example, we use Li-Fe battery in hot areas to ensure its charging efficiency. We coat the circuit board with waterproof coating to maximize service life of solar light in wet areas like Japan. We use solid capacitors for solar lights made using metal materials such as aluminum to ensure a long working lifetime.
We design the appropriate charging and discharging current to balance the working time of the solar powered led systems in different weather conditions. We design the battery capacity according to the best local daylight conditions to achieve high charging efficiency.

Structural Engineer
We have five structural engineers. Two of them have more than 15 years’ experience in structural design and 10 years’ experience in appearance design. Our structural engineers are familiar with the structural design of metal and plastic materials. They can balance the structure and the appearance of the products. Their high efficient and reasonable design help reduce the product costs.
Electronics Engineer
We have several electronics engineers including hardware engineer and software engineer. They can well design the control system according to the product structure and your requirements.
Mold engineer
Some of our mold engineers have more than three decades of experience who can manufacture the mold precisely according to design drawings. They can give valuable suggestions about structural design to make the structural design more reasonable so that the product manufacturing will be easier and the pass rate will be improved.
We provide superior cost-effective lighting solutions as our team can design products independently and we own and operate PCB board processing equipment like reflow ovens and surface mounters giving us greater control over production.
1. We utilize a solder paste printer which can automatically paste solder PCBs.
2. Our factory has a specialized SMT workshop equipped with a reflow soldering machine, which can solder, fasten and assemble PCB board chips. With the SMT workshop, temperature is controlled precisely and stably which ensures an efficient and well-proportioned soldering effect.
We can design and manufacture customized LED lamps independently according to the requirements put forth by customers.
In addition, our factory has an injecting workshop tasked with manufacturing necessary plastic parts for solar powered light assemblies.
We utilize an array of equipment to test our lighting products, including an integrating sphere, spectrum analyzer, rain test chamber, salt spray test machine, UV tester, drop test machine, solar simulation equipment, charge/discharge tester, etc. These thorough tests help us to ensure every lighting system component works as intended.
